Schell's Shack is located in the 400 unit gated community of Ocean Resorts, located on Scenic State Road A1A that runs mostly along the Atlantic Ocean on North Hutchinson Island, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. North Hutchinson Island is part of the Florida Treasure Coast.
Our Shack is a 1 bedroom, 1 & ½ bath home with full kitchen, dining room, living area with 2 full size sofa sleepers, laundry closet, basic cable TV/WiFi. The ½ bath and laundry closet are brand new and just built in September 2014. Additional community amenities include, private Atlantic Ocean beach, nearly Olympic size swimming pool and tennis courts. A private marina within the community is located on the Indian River Lagoon & is available for resident's use.
