Ocean Resorts is located on the east coast of Florida, on North Hutchinson Island. This community is a cooperative consisting of 400 units upon which are some CBS (concrete block structures), park models, mobile home units, and empty pads for recreational vehicles. The residents/renters have the benefits of all the amenities, such as tennis courts, a private beach, and a nearly Olympic size swimming pool. A private marina is available for resident's use. Many activities, such as BBQs, an annual Luau, pancake breakfasts and a St. Patrick's Day Parade make Ocean Resorts a fun place for all.
