This unique space offers a wide variety of classes to fit any level of practice. Inspired by positive energy, strength and balance we strive to create a safe and comfortable class setting for our students. The spirit of our vinyasa based yoga practice helps relieve stress and unite your mind, breath and movement. We offer both heated and non-heated yoga classes along with barre, mommy & me fitness (not yoga), sculpting, youth yoga and workshops.
