Description
All of the fish served at On the Edge Bar & Grill is Fresh, Locally Caught & Never Frozen. Our Mahi-Mahi, Swordfish, and Tuna, in particular, are caught in deep water, approximately 150 miles offshore to the northeast of Fort Pierce. These fishing boats consume about $6000 in fuel for a round trip that can last up to 3 days. We serve a wide variety of seafood including Grouper, Mahi-Mahi (Dolphin), Snapper, Tilefish, Swordfish, Tuna, Oysters, Clams, Scallops, Shrimp, and Lobster. All of the beef we serve is Certified Angus, our vegetables are all fresh never frozen, and the bread we serve is from a local bakery and delivered fresh to our kitchen.
